The sooner the better — early assessment usually means a shorter recovery. If pain hasn't settled within a few days or it's stopping you dancing, book in.

Can I keep dancing while I have treatment?

Often yes, with some modifications. We'll tell you exactly what to avoid and what's safe to continue.

Do you help with injury prevention as well as treatment?

Yes — many dancers see us for regular 'MOT' sessions to keep on top of tight areas and prevent injuries.

Do you treat younger dancers?

Yes — we see older children and teenage dancers (a parent or guardian must attend for under-16s).

Do I need a GP referral?
