We start by working out what's actually causing your neck or shoulder pain — joints, muscles, posture, nerves or a mix. Many cases trace back to the way we hold ourselves at desks, in cars and on phones.
Treatment combines gentle joint mobilisation, soft-tissue release and stretching, with practical posture and ergonomic advice you can apply straight away. Most patients feel noticeably looser after the first session.
For frozen shoulder and longer-standing problems we'll usually set out a short course of treatment with a clear plan, rather than open-ended appointments.
